Permission is granted to all members to use the BPA logo for all levels of BPA competition entries, chapter/school approved BPA Web sites, commercially printed paper for chapter promotion such as business cards, stationery, posters, brochures, and flyers.

Use of the logo without permission to manufacture stickers, decals, t-shirts or any other apparel or three dimensional promotional items to be sold or distributed is infringement of copyright law and subject to criminal prosecution.
